Brighton Center's salaried employees acquire over 8 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and hourly employees acquire over 6 weeks of Paid Time Off in their first year of employment. In addition, all employees get a fully paid holiday break in December that is up to 7 working days between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
