Mrs. Jefferies has been with Brighton since 2000 and the CEO since 2006. 

She holds a Bachelors of Education from UTSA as well a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.

In addition Mrs. Jefferies achieved her certification in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard’s Kennedy School for Excellence in Education. She is a Certified Parent Trainer in the Nurturing Program curriculum and is a Licensed Director with the Department of Family and Protective Services.
