Precious Minds, New Connections (PMNC) is a parenting program for families or caregivers of children ages 0 - 4 with delays or disabilities. In addition, this program has proven beneficial in working with families or caregivers of children who may be experiencing other risk factors, such as: A child in foster care, teen parents, a child with a behavioral concern, premature birth as well as various other concerns. Participants in the PMNC program meet at various locations throughout the Bexar County area on a regular basis and have the opportunity to meet with other parents, share ideas and support and review a quality parenting curriculum – The Nurturing Program.

Eligibility Criteria

brighton-center-hand-onlyParent of, caregiver of or professional working with a child with disability, delay or at-risk between the ages of birth and 4 years.
