Brighton Bucks – Rewards team members for going above and beyond their job description, doing an exceptional job, or assisting another team member. Each employee gets one per month to give to another employee when they see something deserving. Quarterly Drawing for prizes of various types.
Fish Tales – The opportunity for one Brighton Team Member to share a story about another team member doing something good for the organization. These are published in the Monthly Staff Newsletter.
 Monthly Staff Newsletter that highlights employees and the organization's accomplishments.
 Staff Committees that are assigned annually and offer all staff the opportunity to give input and implement actions for Human Resources, Staff Development,  Fundraising, Diversity Appreciation, and Organizational Strategic Planning. Free t-shirts for committee members.
 Various contests and competitions throughout the year for prizes such as gift cards, dinner certificates, or event tickets.
 Various Opportunities to give-back through Food, Clothing, and Holiday Gift Drives, in addition to fundraising opportunities throughout the year in support of  Brighton's programs serving children.
