Stroll Through our Programs »
Infant Program - 6 weeks to 12 months
A child's first year of life is a time of great discovery and development so we provide a wide range of sensory, motor and language opportunities to encourage growth. What your child learns during their first three years is critical to developmental and educational success in the future.
Toddler Program - 12 months to 24 months
During this age, toddlers assert their independence in new ways each day. We provide multiple opportunities for toddlers to gain self-help skills and independence through regular classroom activities such as mealtime and centers.
 Transitions - 24 months to 30 months
Children in our transition classroom are full of energy. The teachers channel that energy into learning about their environment and people around them. Because they experience rapid development in many areas during this time, we provide opportunities for them to learn basic things about how the world works around them through hands on activities.
Pre-School - Pre-K One is for Ages 2 to 3 years and Pre-K Two is for Ages 3 to 4 years
Our Preschool Program is developed with the goal of preparing your child on their educational journey to public school. Our teachers focus on introducing academics and providing opportunities for learning through developmentally appropriate classroom activities
Kinder Ready - Ages 4 to 5 years
The goal of our Kinder Ready program is to prepare your child to enter kindergarten with the academic, social and developmental skills necessary for success. We will introduce the concepts of scheduling and routine based activities that will make the transition to kindergarten easier. Your child will acquire a full breadth of skills necessary to successfully enter kindergarten eager and ready to learn.
Physical Layout – A Framework for Optimal Development
Room arrangement is carefully planned out so your child feels comfortable playing and exploring. The way a room is arranged can affect children interact and relate to adults and other children so we take great care in how rooms are arranged.
The classroom environment can also impact a teacher's ability to carry out effective opportunities during the day.
At Bright Beginnings, we understand that your child learns best in an age-appropriate environment built to meet his or her needs and to support and encourage a child to explore.
Age Appropriate, Accessible Outdoor Classrooms / Playgrounds
We have four outdoor play areas designed for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and our Kinder Ready children. On our playgrounds, children of all abilities engage in large gross motor activities on a daily basis, maximizing physical development. Thanks to a generous grant from the Harvey Najim Family Foundation the classroom learning continues outdoors with music, art and sensory play opportunities.
Each classroom is arranged into different interest areas to encourage play, working with others, communication, experimentation and problem-solving. These interest areas include manipulatives/blocks, art, dramatic play, music, reading/writing and computers.
